I was just in Bonaire, and it quickly became one of my favorite snorkeling memories. At Harbour Village, I could wade right off the beach and be surrounded by colorful fish within moments. We also planned a boat day out to Klein Bonaire—just offshore, yet it feels like a hidden world. The reefs there were teeming with sea life, from schools of tropical fish to graceful turtles drifting past. What I loved most was how effortless it all felt: world-class snorkeling just steps from a lounge chair or a short boat ride away, all within the island’s beautifully protected marine park.
