This is not a place that many have heard of. Port Antonio is located on the far northeastern shore of Jamaica, it is easiest reached from the international airport in Kingston. There is so much to share about this magical place, but you really must visit for yourself to fully understand the allure. Best described as a sleepy, overgrown (but in a good way) rain forest meets crystal clear water of a town where lush is an understatement. Port Antonio hasn’t always been the quiet corner of Jamaica it is now. In its heyday, it welcomed the likes of Errol Flynn, Grace Kelly, and Marilyn Monroe to name a few.

Port Antonio has long been on our radar and we’ve sent many satisfied clients to follow in the footsteps of our founder who first visited this hidden gem over 20 years ago. She was one of the last guests at the beautiful Dragon Bay Hotel before it was shuttered for redevelopment by a popular local hotel brand. No recent news on this legendary property, but we are certainly ready to enjoy its comeback one day.
