ISLAND
CAYMAN ISLANDS
The Cayman Islands are many things, but most notably these three islands are an ocean-lovers’ paradise. One of the top reasons visitors head to the Cayman Islands is for the underwater experience. Surrounded by coral reefs, diving the Cayman Islands is a must for any avid scuba diver and beginners too.
If you prefer to keep your head above water, the beaches are absolute perfection. Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman is a famous stretch of pure white sand, clear turquoise water, and calm waves where you’ll find a wide range of dining & activity options up and down the shore. Surprisingly, because most Caribbean Islands are made up of small bays, there are few beaches in the Caribbean where you can stroll for miles. This is one of them.
The two smaller islands, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman are particularly popular with divers and snorkelers alike, as the waters around these islands are less traveled than their big sister, Grand Cayman. Wandering these two islands will give you insight into what the early years of Caribbean Tourism were probably like. Both can easily be reached from Grand Cayman and you can stay for only a day or longer. Island-hopping is our specialty, our Caribbean Travel Advisors will work with you to add visits to one or both of these smaller islands to your Grand Cayman Vacation itinerary. Find out what else the Cayman Islands have to offer by visiting the Cayman Islands Tourist Board.
