Villa Sandstone
The house is located right on the beach on it's own private two acres, having 280 feet of white sandy beach frontage, with Smith's Reef --  famous for snorkeling -- just outside the back door.  This house and prime site used to be known as "Smith House," but the house burned several years ago and the present house was built in 1999.  Houses are no longer allowed to be built this close to the beach, but this was allowed to be rebuilt on the original site right at the sands edge.

The location too, is superb, with this villa at the quiet western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach where you can walk out your door and explore miles of uninterrupted white sandy beach. Or, relax on your deck and see and hear the waves lap right in front of you and see spectacular sunsets in the evenings!
