Prospect's 980-acre estate in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica, has 5 luxurious sea front villas and a historic Great House. Eight Rivers, Frangipani, Somewhere and Wag Water villas each have their own 1-1/2 acre private garden, pool, sun deck and steps into the sea. Frankfort has its own exclusive pristine white sand beach. The friendly on-site managers greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs, whilst all of the Prospect rental houses are fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court and preferential green fees at the nearby Sandals golf and country club. Also, complimentary to guests, are the popular Prospect Plantation jitney and horse back riding tours.

Prospect Great House, situated in the heart of the historic Prospect Plantation, is possibly the best preserved of all the Jamaican Great Houses that are still kept as residences. This 18th century house has hosted some of the greatest luminaries of the 20th century including: Sir Winston Churchill, Dr. Henry Kissinger, Mr. Pierre Trudeau as well as royalty and prime ministers. This house has been the traditional home of the plantation owner and has only recently been made available for rental.

As with all of the luxurious Prospect villas, the house is fully staffed with a cook, butler, maid/laundress and all night security. In addition, the Great House's terraced gardens are manicured daily by a staff of four gardeners. Guests can also enjoy the free use of the Estate's tennis court, mini-golf course, jitney and horse back riding tours all within an easy walk of the Great House. The friendly on-site management greet all guests and are happy to cater to their individual needs.
