LaLuna is exactly what it was billed to be...VERY private, VERY quiet, VERY unique. We seemed to have most of the resort to ourselves most of the time. All the guests there wanted the same thing...to be left alone with the sun and sand and water. Bernardo (owner) was there, seeing to his guests, making each feel welcome. Got to know his wife and daughter as well. Very friendly couple and gracious hosts. Staff was great, always a smile, always ready to please. Never once lacked for anything, every need was met. Loved the rooms, the view. Slept with the glass patio doors wide open to the ocean breezes. Not hot or humid, as the trade winds kept things cool. Thank you for the recommendation. We had a great time, everything went smoothly, and it was just what I wanted. So, you did good. Best to you, and keep us in mind if you hear of any other stylish places...we loved it!

Well we got back from our trip last night and the only problem was that it was too short. The trip was excellent. We ended up getting upgraded to the Sandals Grande with an Ocean View room. That was probably the luckiest thing that could have happened…The facilities at the Hotel are excellent. The staff is unbelievable. The food is the only thing that was average. Living in Chicago and having the chance to dine at fine restaurants around the world makes it hard to compare, but I have learned that the best food is always the local fare. So in the end the Barefoot by the Sea and the Pier were the best restaurants between the two Sandals. Definitely will return but might try Anse Chastanet, the Hilton, or Ti Kaye village next time. Thanks for all your help.

Thanks so much for organising our holiday, we both had a fantastic time. Grenada is magnificent, such a stunning island, and the Rex hotel is just beautiful. It was a very relaxing 8 nights. Our room was upgraded to a sea view room and was just perfect. Barbados is lively and good fun. We were lucky enough to have our room upgraded, however the hotel needs a good lick of paint... Thanks again for your help; we will certainly recommend your services to friends and colleagues.

Just wanted to let you know the trip to St. Barts was wonderful. We had a great time and the island was absolutely beautiful. The Tropical Hotel was just okay we wish it was a little bigger but at least it was clean. As far as ocean view, the trees and bushes are growing too well we only had partial view before you know it the trees will cover up the view. Best part, it's very close to town and shops so we were able to walk to at least 8 to 10 restaurants. We had great weather and the people were all very nice. So thank you very much for your help in making this vacation possible and with great pricing. You will most definitely be helping me again in the future with travel arrangements. Thanks again! The honeymoon was exceptional! Ti Kaye was wonderful and just right for our first week - very quiet and very remote. We had dinner at Dashene's Restaurant at Ladera Resort during that week - extraordinary!! Best food we've had in a while, exceptional service, beautiful resort and views - I would highly recommend this property. Sandals property was very nice - we paid extra and upgraded to the honeymoon beach front cottages when we arrived because we didn't care for the location of our initial room. Thanks for all of your help!

The cab driver was waiting for us and the housekeeper, Myra (also great), did get our provision request on time, she also picked up dinner and prepared flying fish Bajan our first evening. We returned Wednesday night from our vacation at Timothy Beach on St. Kitts, and I wanted to let you know that we all had a wonderful time. St. Kitts is beautiful and peaceful, and Timothy Beach was even nicer than I expected. We were all surprised at how much room we had in our 2-bedroom suite. It was perfect for vacationing with teenagers, since everyone had plenty of space. It's very pretty and clean, and the staff is pleasant and helpful. I would most definitely go back there. Another travel agent I
talked to tried to discourage me from staying there, saying it was "bare bones". Good thing I didn't listen to her -- it had everything we needed and then some. Resort last Wednesday morning. The property itself is on a beautiful stretch of beach next to the town of Playdel Carmen or Carmen Beach. The atmosphere, friendly staff, amenities, food and the way the property is configured is similar to the Boulders in Carefree which we have stayed at several times. So we had a grand time, in large measure thanks to your efforts and care. Well, keep us in mind if you come up with any cool trips. Again thanks for making our vacation memorable and worry free.

Thank you so much for booking my trip to Royal Plantation. We had a great time. The resort was just as good as last time we were there. I did not get a room upgrade but I was invited to the returning guest dinner and got my t-shirts and gift so that was fine. The property is beautiful and very relaxing. The food and drink are excellent. The watersports were never crowded. The resort was very empty with only 15 rooms filled. We had an absolutely fantastic time and are going to go back next year. Thank you for the card. IT was NEAT and THANK YOU for suggesting "The Rockhouse" it was AMAZINGLY WONDERFUL. Everything about it was perfect. The move to the studio room was SO worth it. We were lying in our bed and looking out the window at the ocean. The rooms were perfect the outdoor showers were awesome, the staff was great! Every one of them, (in every job capacity). THANKS for suggesting and arranging it. After our stay there, we stayed one week at RondelVillage which was absolutely, (you guessed it!) PERFECT! It was right on the beach, in the midst of all the action. Our room, again... excellent.
We already are planning to go back next year. This time we want to stay 1 month. If you know of anything WONDERFUL, it doesn't matter cliffs or beach please let us know otherwise. Thank you again. WE LOVED it.

Just wanted to thank you for setting up my trip to Saba. We had a wonderful time. The people on Saba were very friendly and the island was exceptionally beautiful. The diving was a little expensive but we made up for that by doing a lot of hiking. I sometimes feel like I spend half my life underwater, so all the hiking was a welcome reprieve. Having been on 7 trips to Bonaire with its dry and arid climate, just like Arizona, I found Saba to be strikingly different with all its greenery. The trip to Saba was simply perfect. Thanks again and if you would like to arrange a trip for two to Bonaire for June 2005, I would be glad to have you as my agent again. Looking forward to hearing from you again.

We had a wonderful trip to Bermuda. It didn't even matter that we had tropical storm Nicole for two days. The Harmony Club was the BEST! Our room was nice. We enjoyed being downstairs and having our own patio. The food was wonderful and we traveled all over the Island by bus. The bus stop was right at the entrance to the resort. We even had lunch with the Manager. The staff couldn't have done any more to make our stay enjoyable. It was much nicer than cruising. We would definitely return. Thanks.

Sorry for the delay in reporting back to you on our trip to Playa Del Carmen. It was FABULOUS! The PlayacarPalace was exceptional - great staff, great restaurants, drinks, and the location was incredible. We were RIGHT next to town (as you said) and next to the Cozumel Ferry dock. Even though there was no beach, the pool was excellent. We slept with the doors wide open listening to the ocean every night. All around, just a great trip. Thanks for all of your help. We'll be in touch for our next trip.

We had a GREAT time. We had the Platinum/VIP package, were treated very well and just enjoyed ourselves very much. The staff was awesome... friendly, understanding, and really nice to the kids. My family and I loved the vacation. The house was beautiful. We walked several times to the nearby BubbleBeach, but also enjoyed our little private beach. We made use of the kayaks several times and the tennis court. We used the pool and jacuzzi everyday. The staff was wonderful and provided great service. We felt like they were family. Meals were delicious. Also, the driver service was very useful as some luggage got lost and our driver spent all day at the airport retrieving it. The best thing was that I never knew what time it was which meant I was really relaxed and on vacation. But for the cost, we would do it every year. My kids (and I) did not want to leave. I still have a picture of Selah Villa as my screen saver to remember.

We had a great time! It was very relaxing – pretty much everyone was friendly. We definitely were not ready to come home. We went on the Sufrierre Adventure cruise (walk-through volcano and gardens), which was pretty sweet. We also did the horseback riding and the shopping trip. We participated in a couple of the evening events, but mainly were ready to just rest come the night time. Anyhow, thanks for booking the trip for us. We will definitely let you know when we start to plan our next trip!

The wedding went perfectly! We had some rain, so all our plans changed at the last minute, but the staff at the Rose Hall really went above and beyond to pull it off. I didn't get a beach ceremony; instead we had a very special and intimate ceremony in the wedding gazebo. It was fabulous none the less. Just wanted to let you know that we had a really good time in Rincon. We got back a couple of days ago. Our room was upgraded from "deluxe" to a one bedroom suite; wonderful to have a kitchen. The beach is great there, easy swimming. I had no idea PR is so beautiful! Always thought of it as a place to change planes... the panoramic road through the middle is phenomenal. We had an absolutely great time. The house and staff were well beyond expectations. The weather couldn't have been better and there were no crowds. A perfect place at a perfect time of year! We had such a great time with the staff; they felt like part of the family... We kept some really varying and odd hours for meals and somehow meals were always hot and cooked to perfection. Of course Judy kept the house spotless and well supplied in towels, and Chris did a great job as well.

We just got back from Turks and Caicos and it was awesome. The resort grounds were clean and kept very nice. The food was great. The room was more than adequate with a great view. The beach was great and the water was so clear it was amazing. There were plenty of activities for my daughters. My wife and I even took a night-time walk on the beach with the moon in full view... it was great. The Beaches employees were very keen on making sure everything was OK with our trip. They called three times during the week to make sure everything was OK. My wife had an unbelievable time and I'm really glad she enjoyed herself that much. Now the question is...when are we going back? Thanks for all your work on preparing the trip, it was awesome.

It is such a beautiful island and the resort was perfect for the kids. The activities for the kids were wonderful. We had a chance to go see the volcano, botanical gardens and the black sand beach!
